Down Syndrome Association

A few weeks ago, Julie and I agreed to volunteer for the Down Syndrome Association of Central Florida's Annual Buddy Walk. We said sure, not knowing what an amazing event it would be. Lake Eola downtown was absolutely packed with people for this event, with all kinds of food, games, face-painting and of course the walking. There were a bunch of teams, I'm not even sure how many, but one team had a hundred and seventy people on it!

We were really touched by the passion and dedication of all of the people who participated. Most of all though, we were moved to see the joy of the families who were there and all the very special people who will benefit from this event.

To find out about the next event from the Down Sydrome Association of Central Florida, or how you can get involved, visit their website.

Enjoy a few of the many images we took while we were there, including the largest team that participated, the volunteers who helped Julie and I organize all the massive group pictures, and some kids having a geat time. And if you look really closely at the big group picture, you will see Bo Outlaw of the Orlando Magic in there, he was there giving his support to the event and taking pictures with all the teams.

Any parents looking for pictures of their children from this event, call us at 321-279-0077 or email info@hughesfioretti.com.
